Rough time

I am a high school student and currently I am just trying to keep up with life. I had an accident last week, there were some fractures; in my leg and hand. I have been on a high dose of painkillers. The biggest trouble for me other than these injuries is that I have my dissertation due this week, and I do not know what to do. My teacher is very strict, she has just provided me one extra week. She is not considering my request or providing any leverage at all. Is there anyone I can hire to write my dissertation for me, UK natives preferably? Please pray that it all works out for me! I am just so tired; both mentally and physically.
